Online Verification: Simply provide the product serial number as instructed. Our service will check the sales and/or service repair history associated with that serial number. Please note that we can only verify the history of the serial number and cannot guarantee the authenticity of the product itself.

Offline Verification: Bring your item to one of our physical stores for a thorough evaluation. Our experts will assess the authenticity of your product in person. For added peace of mind, we offer a guarantee up to twice the verification service fee, capped at $500, ensuring you receive the lower amount between the two.
